UPDATE (May 18, 2023): FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A 33-year-old man with warrants in three Indiana counties has been arrested out of state. Fort Wayne police did not say exactly where Cedrick Carter was arrested but do say he will be extradited to Indiana. In March, the Fort Wayne Police Department put out his photo and asked the public for tips saying he was wanted in Allen, Johnson, and Grant counties on a variety of charges. The FWPD released the following: On May 16th, 2023, Cedrick Carter was taken into custody out of state for outstanding warrants out of Allen County, Marion County, and Grant County.
